Also 3 hour workouts? Don't spend half that time coming up with a workout to do... I waste alot of time in the gym trying to figure out what exactly I'm going to do Lol Fire has been out for almost 2 days now. My internet provider has yet to go and fix the lines for my area. I usually know what to do when I'm there -- usually there for an hour and a half -- so I don't waste any time dicking around. Try to alternate areas (arms, legs, core/back) along with cardio! And it helps if you have a workout buddy.

I can't think of anything suitable for a negative K/DR.
I sometimes do a punishment everytime my team looses. If my team looses 1 game thats 25 pushups. If my team looses 2 consecutive games thats 35 pushups. And so on.
It really sucks doing this and running solo... I'll loose 5 games in a row and just die during the pushups... But you can get alot of pushups done in a day doing this. Most I've gotten was I think 200, but that was like a year or 2 ago. Since then I usually don't do the punishments or if I do I'll Alternate, like 1 loss is pushups, another loss is another excercise, another loss is another exersice, and so on.
